RETURN

All the products we sell are selected by Goal Kits: Delivery & Return team, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have some problem with the items you receive for a variety of reasons, and the return process may take more than 1 month. To make this easier, we have a RESEND policy. If the items you receive meet the following conditions, we will promptly resend them. 

 

SIZE PROBLEM

If the items you receive do not fit you, please provide us with pictures in which you are wearing them. After we confirm, you can pay $15 for postage for resending, and we will arrange a new shipment for you.

DELAYED SHIPMENT

If the declared shipment time is more than 60 days (since you could track the package online), please contact us, and then we will resend your package at once for free. 

HELD BY CUSTOMS OR LOST

If the package is lost or held by customs, please provide us with proof, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirmation, ensuring you receive it. 

DECLARED SHIPMENT TIME

At checkout page, after choosing the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time according to the shipping methods. Free shipping and DHL have different declared shipment times. *Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized goods cannot be returned. Shipping 

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard shipping (Free): Orders of any amount are shipped free with Hong Kong Post, EMS, or USPS shipping with a tracking number. Express shipping: *Express shipping is a paid service available for most countries at checkout. Express shipping starts when your order has been shipped and does not include the standard processing time of up to 3 business days. *Different countries will be automatically shipped with different available express options, such as FedEx, DHL, etc. *Express shipping does not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier. 

CUSTOMS & DUTY

For orders shipping to the EU, any relevant duties & taxes will be displayed and charged at the checkout. For orders shipping to other countries, any import duties, or similar charges due on your order will be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that delivery charges are based on the weight of the items and destination rate. If we encounter any problems with your order, such as credit card data issues or if an item is sold out, we will contact you via email or live chat, and your order will be delayed until we receive your response. Products that require customization, such as names, numbers, and badges, may take a few more days to be dispatched. 

DELIVERY TIME

Your order will go through several steps before reaching your door. Here are those steps: Step 1 Confirm & Process Order 0-3 business days Step 2 After Shipped Out Standard 7-15 business days Express 3-7 business days Total Standard 7-18 business days Express 3-10 business days 

Note: *All times listed are estimated and are not guaranteed. The exact time varies depending on the destination. The processing time of customization orders will take an additional 1-2 business days. *Items that are in stock are shipped in 1-2 business days. The processing time of customization orders and special orders will take an additional 1-2 business days. *Orders placed during holidays may be delayed for an additional 1-2 weeks. 

TRACKING ORDER

Please sign in to your account to track your order. *Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process all customization orders. *Shipping times may vary during peak periods. If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay could include the following:

  • We are experiencing a peak season during this time.
  • Item(s) in your order may be on backorder within the next 72 hours.
  • Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand.
  • The shipping address is incomplete and cannot be shipped.
  • A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order.
