This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Goal Kits collects, uses, and shares personal information of users who visit our website (the “Site”), join our mailing list, purchase a product from us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”). SERVICE PROVIDERS 

We may contract with third parties to perform functions related to the Services (“Service Providers”). Our marketing emails contain instructions on how to unsubscribe or “opt-out.” If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails related to your accounts and our business dealings with you. Our Services may include links to other third-party websites or applications. Any information you provide on those sites is subject to the privacy policy of the respective third party. OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not direct the Services to, nor do we knowingly collect any Personal Information from, children under 13 years of age. Children under 13 are not eligible to use the Services. If we become aware that a user is under 13 years of age, we will take steps to remove their Personal Information from our databases and prevent them from using the Services.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We have implemented physical, administrative, and technical measures to help safeguard the information we collect from and about you. While we take steps to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of our security measures.

PAYMENT

We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your data when you use our website. When you make a payment, it is encrypted following the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your purchase, after which it is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards established by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a collaboration among brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. These requirements ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Legal Basis for Processing We process Personal Information based on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Performance: We process Personal Information to fulfill our contract with you or to establish such a contract. Our contract with you requires us to collect the data as outlined in this Policy and the Terms of Service.
• Legitimate Interests: We also process information provided by you based on our legitimate interests in conducting our business ethically, maintaining high standards, and marketing our Services.

Retention We will retain the information you provide as long as you maintain an account with us. If you delete your account, we will retain your information for a period of 6 months to allow you to reinstate your account if you change your mind. After 6 months, your information will be anonymized by removing your Personal Information. Your Personal Information will then be deleted, and the anonymized information will be included in our statistical database.
